Since you just got the car from DMCH you should be calling them first.
The windows sound like you just need new switchs, but the idle can be
a little more involved. If the idle fluctuates only when cold it is no
biggie, it should be a lot smoother than 300 RPM's when hot. Use up
the gas in the car and put fresh stuff in and see if it improves.
