So many variables in one message...
Did you take intake manifold itself off (you mention O rings -- seals
around ports on heads?). Is tricker to reinstall with air tight fit
than I first realized. While car idling, spray carb cleaner around
each port at head mating surface to see if any have vacuum leaks. Also
spray each fuel injector port (you don't mention replacing the "top
hats"). If removed, recheck the cold start tube (access between
cylinders #1 and #2). Somehow ensure idle speed motor takeoff is air
tight (suggestions anyone? I just stuck a big vacuum cap on mine and
threw away). And spray the U pipes while you're at it.
Then variable #2...
