Did you own an EV1?  Did you know someone who did?
Knowing a number of people who had these cars, and the fact that they 
had thousands of fewer parts, than an standard IC car,  this does not 
jive with the facts.

BTW Have you seen, "who killed the electric car."

Here is they big question?

Why did GM not only scrap BUT SHREDDED this cars?     The only other 
cars that GM has ever shredded are the INDY pace cars.

Do you have any idea what the AC Propulsion drive train in these cars 
were worth?

Any person interested in building an EV would drop willingly drop 
$10,000 on a used AC Propulsion system.  There are NONE!   These go for 
$25K new and there is no spare capacity.

These cars were destroyed on purpose!
