RE: [DMCForum] Re: Alternate Fuel -- Water

To keep it simple, anyone who has ever started a never-before-existing
business or invented something and tried to sell it will tell you it ain't
no get rich quick scheme. More often than not it's a go-broke-quick scheme.

People who come up with new inventions are usually the most energetic
promoters, regardless of the item really doing what is claimed. People
spend so much time, energy and money trying to protect a new idea or
invention when in reality if it really does work you will have to force it
down people's throats.

In the video I think the guy mentioned having an offer from some big US
automaker. I don't buy that at all because if the offer was legit they
would have signed nondisclosure agreements and he couldn't talk about it.
In a real negotiation, talking about money is way beyond initial interest.

In addition, at least two of the big three are hemorrhaging cash so I doubt
seriously they would be buying this. Not only would it be spending a lot of
money they shouldn't, but the time and expense to integrate it into the
vehicles and assembly lines is enormous. If one is then anyone else will be
locked out of the buying process.

Conspiracy theories are most always more interesting that reality, and need
very little evidence if any to keep them afloat.

Well, I love 'em, too, I'm just realistic. ;-)

It's funny, I've often said, "Wouldn't it be great to actually stumble
across a process to make near infinite amounts of power on the cheap?"
Of course, science as we know it says that's impossible, but anyway...
The response I usually get is, "You'd be dead. The oil companies would
have you killed."

I have to laugh about this, because I'll tell you what I'd do if an
invention like this fell into my lap:

1. Secure several hundred sources for the storage of confidential
information, to be released upon my death: Attorneys worldwide.
Trustworthy friends and family members. Servers that automatically
post information to public forums if I don't enter a code every 2
weeks. Things like that.

2. Find some big oil company and be frank with them: "I've got this
invention, you see. It's going to put you right smack out of business.
But wait - don't kill me yet - because if you do, the secret will be
released to the world. Instead, how about a little partnership - You
help me build and market it in exchange for a fat percent of the
profits. You keep making billions, I make billions, the world gets
free energy - everybody wins."

Problem solved. Now I just need to change the laws of physics...
