Have you seen the business license of DMCH?  The name one refers to
themselves as is not always the exact same name as on the business license.

Do you have any proof there is deliberate name confusion?

Company Inc".

The place in Texas is "DeLorean Motor Company".

Deliberate name confusion is sometimes a double edge
sword.
