If you remove the weather stripping you can CAREFULLY cut along the
seam, then pop off just the speaker side, and get to the speakers.
Just be damn sure to cut very straight or you'll slip and ruin the
entire panel. After you cut and reposition the panel, you'll need to
glue it back down, and use something like 50 or so clothespins to hold
the vinyl in place as it dries. Wait 3-4 hours, remove the pins,
reattach the weatherstripping, hopefully you didn't cut beyond where
the weatherstripping covers, and your done.

Still the heating method takes only a bit longer and preserves the
original parts. I'd prefer to heat with a hair dryer, and pry off,
versus cutting. As I am an originality freak, stems from my old
mustang days.
