Josh,

You will NOT save a few thousand dollars by far, maybe you'll actually
pay more. Not kidding.

There are only a few oddball Delorean specific parts that are not
cheap, VERY few.

But unless you like making things work, and then in turn making
yourself into a D.P.O. I would seriously stick with major vendors for
buying a lot of the little parts.

Hose clamps, buts, bolts, and other little misc items are fine, but
fuel parts, brake parts, interior trim, are fine to buy from parts
stores, they are all the same.

But I'd stick with vendors unless you are REALLY good at literally
making a part fit to work right.

Just a word of advice from someone who has learned the hard way, and
seen many others suffer even more.
