Ryan,

I just remembered the other car we worked on, the car in the link I sent you
off list.

That car had all 13mm but one was a different thread.  We know someone
messed with that car in the past as, like yours, the torsion bars were wound
up.  When he put new struts on and opened the door it flipped the car upside
down. ;)

Seriously, we had one with different threads and had to find which one it
came out of when we put the car back together.  After Martin posted below, I
now recall the threads being in that rear plate.  Thanks, Martin.  You
shouldn't have an issue tapping a bit larger if that's what you decide to
do.

Also, check out that procedure I sent you "while you are in there".

No, it's a captive thread in the roof plate. I've re-threaded a couple.

13mm - standard M8 bolt. But you might be right. I occasionally get odd
sizes of washers etc in packs of 100. I've had a bolt with acompletely
round head in a pack of bolts before!
