It's all part of the secondary motion shaft, and the 3:8 drives are very 
rare. Renault 25 Turbo (UN1), Renault 30 (369) but both of these cars, 
especially the 5-speed 30 are like rocking horse shit.

Can get them new from Renault at about $1000
