Re: [DMCForum] DMCH in latest issue of Forbes...

"Hey, any coke in the tires?"
"Does it run on garbage?"
"Ever hit 88 mph?"
"So, you going to the future or the past?"
"That thing is slow"
"That thing is unreliable"
"Ford engine, right?"
"Don't they always break down?"
"So, your license plate made by JZD?"
"I thought it was just made for the movie; it's a
actual car?"
"FLUX CAPACITOR"

Just a couple of the colorful comments I got when I
used to go to cruise ins - mind you I only pointed out
the negative ones - as in all fairness, I did receive
a HUGE amount of positive comments particularly from
muscle/hotrod car owners that could easily outweigh
the negative comments on a 10:1 ratio.  However, we
ALWAYS remember the negative comments first, as they
quickly can irritate and ruin all our fun.
I'd much rather have a nice new 2005 article in Forbes
than some of the articles I've read in Time, U.S News,
and other reputable news magazines from 1981..

Not to say I do or don't agree with you Marc, I'm just
saying I'd rather see something like this than another
Monster Garage for publicity or talk around the table.
