Try sending him a text message.  My sister is from New Orleans and has found
text messages go through almost completely reliably where trying to call can
be very difficult.

I have been trying his cell for a couple days now and it just goes 
busy.  Work and home, long shots, goes to all circuits are busy.  Does 
anyone have a number for is family in NC?
