In central London (zone1) people tend to just carry one day travelcards
which gives free all day access to trains, buses and the underground, so
the conductor doesn't have to issue too many tickets. If travellig into
London on the train, it's usually only a couple of quid more to make
your ticket into a travelcard so it's a no brainer really
