RE: [DMCForum] Re: Coolant question...

...when one of your hoses explodes and blows antifreeze all over the back
window and boiling green blasts all over the place.... hot enough for ya?
This is what happened to me a few weekends ago.
I decided to take it for a cruise in downtown Dallas on warm night.
It stayed pretty normal on the 20 mile trip there with the AC on low.
Once I got into the stop and go of cruising it started to get hot.
I decided to take a side street and head for the highway to cool it down,
the needle was rising, I turned off the AC and switch to the heater to pull
the heat out
but it was too late, the needle was rising and then BOOM, SPLASH!
I sat in a parking lot with a blasted hose until 4am.
I managed to get a friend to find an all night auto parts store and get me
a peice of hose.
My hoses were new, only a year old, I had put all of Heverys replacment
hoses
on but this one decided to split right up the middle!

Something is going on.....
