You listed an auction with half truths and undisclosed potential
problems. Someone was (apparently) kind enough to alert potential
buyers and save them from getting a raw deal. Now you're pissed
because you can't get away with screwing someone. You sabotaged your
own auction through your dishonesty.

I told you once, and I'll tell you again: Relist the auction. Fully
disclose the car's history (it's been rolled), it's problems (salvage
title) and it's potential problems (was run for a long time without
cooling fans, was raced on a regular basis, etc). Be honest about any
damaged or missing parts. If you're up front about the car's issues,
nobody will give you any more grief and you'll be able to sell it.

Of course, you're not going to get top dollar when you're honest with
people, and that's really your dilemma, isn't it? You're too willing
to stretch and bend the truth for a few more bucks and there happens
to be some ethical people around who won't let you get away with it.
So try a little honesty, take your lumps, and sell your car for what
it's really worth to a buyer who understands what he's getting into.
Then you can put this whole thing behind you.
