Robert and Tamir are both violating copyright. Strictly speaking,
their actions are illegal. The copyright holders could sue both of
them and anybody else distributing this material without permission.
That said, Robert is much more likely (and deserving) to get nailed
because he is making a profit, just as the street corner bootlegger is
much more likely (and deserving) to get nailed vs. people trading MP3s
on the Internet.

Robert:

What do you buy at wholesale? Not your antennas, your LEDs or your
radio harnesses.

Here's a clue: You paid ~$17 for power antennas at retail and sold
them for $99 (then $79, now $49). That's highway robbery. Why couldn't
you:

1. Say, "Hey guys, I found these great antennas that fit perfectly.
They're only $17, you can buy them here", or,

2. Actually buy them wholesale for $5 like everyone else does and sell
them for $17?

John Hervey doesn't buy alternators at Schuck's for $30 and sell them
for $250. He ACTUALLY BUYS WHOLESALE and marks the parts up fairly. So
does every other DeLorean vendor - except you.

That's why it's highway robbery.

Ah, here we go again. You're smarter and can use a web browser better
than all of us, is that it?

Here is where I turn 180 degrees away from "mean asshole picking on
Robert." Your home-made material is nice. You are obviously an
intelligent person with the ability to run a good business and bring
products to market. You have good video editing skills and excellent
design / recreation skills when it comes to printed material. Best of
all, the stuff you make yourself is indeed fairly priced.

I won't give you shit for selling a $10 DVD. Why, because the price is
fair. Then you go and throw in free shipping and the price is even
more fair. Same deal on your stickers and other home made materials.
You're good at this. So why don't you stick to the things you're good
at instead of screwing people on the other products?

I have exactly two problems with you:

1. Buying at retail and selling at several times retail.
2. Your flippant attitude and half-truths.

I know, you don't care what I think. That's fine. Recognize, however,
that I'm not alone, and these are the reasons people are "picking on
you." Stop these activities and I'm betting the "picking" subsides.
