Josh and others,

In regards to the video clips on the site, I do not sell them and show merely 30- 60 
seconds usually of footage from any DeLorean sighting on tv/movies.  Since I am not 
selling anything and credit the material and it is a fan site, I have not encountered any 
problems.  I would never venture to try and reproduce the full versions of the footage I 
have and try and sell it.

The reason I get irritated when I see my clips on other people's sites is merely a work and 
effort issue.  I do not claim ownership over the material at hand, but somebody did take 
the time to digitize the footage, edit it down into a manageable size, etc. to have on the 
site, and that person is either myself or my brother.  I challenge anyone to take the time 
and effort to find every clip, every magazine, and sit down and scan each page and 
prepare it for the interenet, etc. like my brother and I have done.  It takes a shit load of 
time, money, and effort.  We do it because there are a ton of people around the world that 
love this car and want to see everything and anything about it.  If I could just bring 
everyone over to my house and have them see everything I would, but that wouldn't get 
the exposure that building a web-site would.  Take a look at some of the historical items I 
have on my site that I have spent hundreds of dollars on.  I don't hide it away in a box, I 
put it up on the internet so everyone can enjoy.  I don't ask people to pay a subscription to 
my site to see this stuff, but I hope that people don't copy it and post it on their sites.  
Sometimes people do, what can you do?  You try and reason with them and see what 
happens.
