Ryan,
That compartment looks completely original (same as mine when I bought
4099). Definitely time to purchase some replacement parts! The only part I
see that's been changed is the cooling fan circuit breaker. You should
definitely get a Fanzilla or John's 2x2 fix to replace the blue fan fail
module. While the light flickering on and off with the fans is normal, the
module's internal wiring is underrated for the current the fans use. That's
why it was removed during this service bulletin:
