RE: [DMCForum] Everyone has a cousin in Miami, Except me..

Ah, well that is a different story indeed.  If you use DHL they can bill you
directly, so that removes the issue of you sending him more money.  The DHL
driver could see what it is on the pallet if it wasn't boxed, obviously, but
neither he nor anyone else can see the internal condition.

You could send him a money order where he has to sign for the letter,
proving he received it.  That wouldn't require a waiting period for anything
to clear his bank.

If I were close enough I would give it a look over, but that still may not
be good enough.

Part of the problem is this guy is starting to make me
question his honesty.  His Ebay rating is only a 4,
and he has always been the buyer..  this is the first
item he has sold.

The auction says he takes Pay Pal, but is now asking
me for a certified check for the transmission..  AFTER
the check clears, he will THEN get me the cost to ship
it, which I will have to send another check for!

It just seems fishy..

If I send him a check for the trans, then arrange for
shipping myself with DHL, I may get a box of rocks.
