We used to take the big punching balloons that have a rubber band
attached to them and slip them over the exhaust pipe and then tape them
on with duct tape and watch the guys reaction when it exploded. Some
times we just used regular balloons.

We did this trick on a Ford Festiva/Fiesta and it took so long for it
to blow up the balloon the guy noticed it before it exploded. I cant
believe how long the car ran and barely filled the balloon. This trick
works excellent on a big V8.
