You need to make a reverse mold of this using something like plaster or
resin.  You will also need to use a mold-release agent to get it apart.
After that, you should be able to vacu-form exact copies.

yeah, its orange and clear.  The plan is to make clear replicas so the paint
can be sprayed on inside the body instead of outside.  I'll let you know
what happens when I get it and my buddys actually pull through.
Anyone else know of a way to create duplicates of something like this?
