[DMCForum] Re: There comes a time in every man's life (Louie's Sale)

I'm really not sure what's up with Louie. All of the reasons for sale
he's given me are easily refuted:
- Not easily driven in Charlotte traffic (drive the Mustang downtown
and use the DeLo out of the city)
- Not appropriate transportation for a "person his age" (yet he's been
driving one for many years YOUNGER)
- He's seen other people spend disproportionate amounts of money on
their's (Louie is Louie, not other people)

I suspect he either needs to free up capital, is staring at a major
repair expenditure, is having trouble parking two vehicles (Condo
Nazi's), or no longer wants to pay administrative costs for two
vehicles (#5252 should otherwise be free & clear, unless he's used it
as collateral).

Of course his car is radically lowered, and has an unconventional
two-tone interior -- perhaps he wants to trade it for one closer to stock.

Or maybe he just needs reassurance that we still love him and don't
want him to leave the community (we still love you Louie and don't
want you to leave the community).
