Early 81 had the lines, and flap.
Late 81 had lines, no flap.
82, 83 had flat hood.

You can look up the VIN that the changes were made..
they are well published, but I don't care to remember
such meaningless stuff.

If your interested in when such items "officially"
changed from one item to another, the Concours manual
will provide you with that information.
