It "staggers"  you?  Hell, after listening to those samples I am too
embarrassed to pick up my horn.  Do you have any original pieces with
excerpts on the web?

You may have found a quicker way to your De Lorean. :)

Since none of the tunes I played are in the public
domain, and I can't afford to buy the rights to them,
I can't release the CD commercially. I can, however,
distribute copies among friends and family. I'm just
making a list at the moment, which you and Greg are
on.

Afterthought: What staggers me is that there's such an
interest in it, even by people who don't know me.
Perhaps in the future I will record a CD of original
compositions, and then I can sell that. (And maybe
even profit from it!)
