[DMCForum] So, whats the hold up?

So, I have been watching the poll:

Consistently, the percentages have remained about the
same..  with 85% people voting YES.  I am wondering
how much longer the poll will go on before the
moderators make a decision on it.

The real kicker is it looks like James voted YES. 
Unless there is another "james@xxxx" on the list.  I
can't think of any though..  I believe that
consideration for James was one of the factors which
led the moderators to initially reject the topic.  If
James is man enough to face the accusations (and I
would applaud him for it) then what is the hold up? 
We can discuss it on this list TODAY, if you (James)
