2150 secondaries are truly bizarre. No replaceable jets (only the
primaries are replaceable). Are two metering rods, but they're very
odd shaped -- skinny in the middle and fat on either end. Can't figure
out how they're supposed to meter anything once they raise all the way up.

I'm planning to simply remove the cam from the throttle plate shaft
(is located inside the carb, between the barrels, not externally rod
linked).

With only $150 invested in the thing, I could replace it with a Holly
(*SHUDDER*). Rochester uses a different bolt pattern, so I'd have to
make another adapter plate for one of those. AMC used Carter's BBD to
good effect, and I think bolt holes are the same.
