Re: [DMCForum] Re: Abortion.

The US needs to get some world perspective on abortion.

It is legal and has been legal for almost 50 years or longer in many
other countries.

In addition, in the US whether it it legal or illegal, it still is done.

If you look at the public health history of abortion,  when it is
illegal, it kills many women.

Legalizing  it reduced female mortality .

In addition, it helps to control the population that is way out of control

How many of you remember when abortion was federally funded and it
caused a significant drop in un wanted birth aka welfare babies.

Making federally funded abortion illegal actually increase the cost of
aid to dependent children.

The second prespective is "if it is evil"  than why do other countries
where it is legal have a better quality of life and better education
e.g The EU

4-6 weeks vacation
good pensions
national health care.
job security
free college for elligible students (Australia)
higher math scores than US school
Infant mortality 50% less than the US.
Longer life expectancy - France

IF GOD PUNISHED THOSE WHO HAVE FULL LEGAL ABORTIONS FOR MANY YEARS, IT
SURE DOESN't SHOW!!

Is seems that he is punishing the US with hurricanes.  no really growth
in manufacturing jobs - gee, they are going to china where abortion is
encouraged!!!

The middle class has had no real income growth since 1980..

Boy, it makes you think that right wing religious fundamentalism is
actually bring GODS wrath onto the US.  or Maybe he's pissed because we
are the largest polluter killing his planet. ?
