[DMCForum] Re: The Constitution Is an Illusion Part II

When the US broke from England part of the reason was people unhappy
about a legal system that offered no rights.  The English government
could just put you in prison, no trial no lawyer,  use cruel and unusual
punishments. etc.

Well, the US constitution and Its Bill of Rights Ended that right?  Wrong?

Most people are aware to criminal and civil laws.  Under these laws the
constitution applies most of the time unless the government enacts laws
that go around the constitution.

What.? Laws that "go around" the constitution?  YEP.  THEy are called
Administrative Laws.     Constitutional right do not apply to
Administrative Law.   No Juries, No right to find out what law you
violated,  When you did it?  Where you did it.? How? etc.   You just
appear in front of a judge (with an attorney if you are lucky) and have
no ability to develop a defense.

Of course, whether it is a policeman,  state inspector, city inspector,
federal inspector, public health inspector, etc.  there testimony EVEN
IF IT IS FALSE,  gets more weight than your testimony and you loose.
WORSE YET, THE JUDGES UNDER ADMINISTRATIVE LAW ARE EMPLOYED BY THE
AGENCIES WHO PASS THE LAWS.  DO YOU THING THE JUDGES WOULD RULE AGAINST
THEIR OWN AGENCIES THAT PAY THEIR CHECKS AND MAKE THEIR JOBS?  No WAY.
THE TRUTH IS IRRELEVANT!

What laws are these- traffic laws- all safety, public health, asbestos,
EPA, environmental, drug laws, bank laws, security laws, etc.   The
GOVERNMENT  USES the "public safety" argument to justify getting around
the constitution.     Does the government abuse these powers?  ALL THE
Time.

Remember the Chinese guy the government falsely accused of stealing
nuclear secrets from Las Alamos.   Turned out the government had no
evidence what so ever.  All charges were eventually dropped.   However,
how  many of you are aware this was totally fake?  Remember this guy
was arrested, Jailed without limits,  never  saw a jury. etc.
The government never prosecuted this guy because they could never find a
person willing to get on the stand and say it took the information.
Since every thing is secret in Las Alamos,  they could not get any one
who worked with him to say anything because nobody really knew what he did.

This false incident was designed to cause more public "fear of
terrorists" in america.    Redirect the publics attention from the real
social issues in this county- like a living wage and national health care.

Under  administrative law the government can fine you hundreds of
thousands of dollars, take all your property,  ruin you life, publish
false stories in the press, black ball your credit, etc, etc.  And it is
totally legal.  (HEY doesn't that sound like cruel and unusual
punishment).   Typical example, the police arrest a teenager for pot
smoking,  the get a search warrant for the parents house, find a joint
in the house and then take the families house away from them.  YEP
totally legal and its been done hundreds of times.

Once the US government got powerful enough (about 10 years into its
existence)  it enacted the same type of laws that the constitution was
designed to stop.

Over everyone's lifetime 90% of your involvement in laws in the US  will
be with ADministrative laws.  No rights.  No Truth. Just injustice all
over again.

Right wing politicians are the ones responsible for enacting these laws.
They also are the one always calling for "regulatory reform" Well, with
they really wanted regulatory reform, they would change the laws that
they enacted.  Oh, but that would put all their lawyer, judges,
inspector, regulator friends out of work!

Tomorrow's Story-  The Truth about Air bags in Cars.   How Reagan killed
30,000 Americans.
