this USA Today recount, that proves Bush won?

"Depending on the criterion..."  Yes, yes, I see.  If the criterion is
biased towards Gore... I see how this works now.  Claim the -way- the votes
were counted is bad.  That's possible to twist any way you'd like.  The fact
is, though, that the USA Today recount supports my statement.
