It's like a friend of mine. His sister married this jerk, they had a
baby and another on the way, and he decides he doesn't like being a
father so he blatently and openly cheats on her. Doesn't even try to
hide it. She moves in with her parents, has the baby, eventually he
gets tired of his new girlfriend so he reconciles with his wife. Now,
I'm visiting with their parents and look who shows up, his sister and
her husband the snake. All I want to know is, how can you show your
face after something like that? How can he stand to even be anywhere
near her father after that? Let alone sit around and have a fun
conversation like nothing ever happened. No way could I do it. 

Man, if I screwed a bunch of people, they'd never see me again. I'd be
so embarassed and ashamed. I guess that's it - some people have no
shame. Claude still thinks he didn't do anything wrong; it was all a
string of "misunderstandings."
