[DMCForum] The economy sucks.

There were signs of a slowing economy unrelated to
Bush..  However, he has had almost 4 years now to fix
it...  For 4 years I have been hearing how "things are
starting to get better". Well, THEY ARE NOT! It is
wishful thinking, and not true.

REAL unemployment is VERY high (the figures are bogus
because people who have exhausted the benefits are not
counted!), cost of living is high, debt is high, and
the real estate market is starting to slow even with
the low interest rates..  In the next year when the
real estate bubble pops, will that too be Clinton's
fault?  Heck, why not blame Jimmy Carter! Or will
Kerry take the blame for it when it happens 3 months
in to his term?

Trickle Down does not work!  It is just scraps from
the master's table AT BEST.
