[DMCForum] Re: Hummer

If anyone has a Hummer light that they can take a picture of the rear
end connection I would appreciate it.

The my "original" DeLorean light has 3 connections.  One to the bulb,
and one each to the switch, which is an SPDT (single pole double
throw center off) type. This allows the light to be always off when
the switch is in the center position, ON when pushed to one side and
ON only when the door is open, when pushed to the other side.

My new Hummer switch has a similar switch but both "poles" are made
from the same metal contact so you can only get two different
electrical paths, ie. ON-OFF not the three like in the original ON1-
OFF-ON2.

By the way it cost me less than $15 with shipping included from a
supplier. I am told by the company that makes them we could get them
for even less in quantity.
