That's a funny argument. "We don't want the rich to save any money on
taxes. So, to prevent them from getting a tax break, we'll wipe out
the tax breaks for the people who really need them." Does your disdain
for the rich actually exceed your compassion for the poor? 

It seems the left would like tax cuts for the poor, but no cuts (or
even increases) for the rich. Sounds a lot like socialism to me. Take
from the rich, give to the poor? Not in this country, thank you very much.
