AS you stated you should have had your roped off area but the distractions 
and new management it just got missed.
Like I said there are ooops at each show. Most you never see.
A bit more help would minimize it so how about being in charge of the NON 
show DeLorean update session. Do it Saturday.  The reason for inside was rain
I much prefer outside but with 500 people rain can be devestating to a show 
if you have no room out of the elements. Since we are this size we have no 
choice.

So the tech update on Sat is yours if you want it.  

We will park you together.  It is non judged. And you will probably be in vin 
number sequence.

What else do you need
