You shoulda' asked me before you bought any.  I could have probably helped
on price.  Again, I am not a De Lorean vender and I do not play one on tv.

Well first, I wouldn't borrow a pencil from Circuit Shity.  But, you don't
buy speakers based on the wattage advertised?  Oh come on... those Pyramid
Digital Ready 250 Watt 6 X 9's are awesome :)

>The orange one looked really cool, though.

Orange?  Oh come on...everyone knows green speakers are better than orange
:)

The baffle Mark V mentioned will work, but to get the best response you need
to make sure the baffle has the volume for the speaker you chose.  A much
easier route is to fabricate a flat sheet of wood, like luan for example,
and cut it where it can fit in the desired area but still surround the
speaker.  This will without a doubt make the speaker sound better and not
work as hard to produce sound.  It will also make it last longer.  The
'free-air' mounting of the originals was ridiculous.  Personally, I can't
wait to get to the audio part of rebuilding my car.  The interior looks like
it will stage very well.

The only thing you need to wear on your head is aluminum foil... shiny side
out of course ;)
