[DMCForum] Blow or no blow?

Hi All.

Can anyone point me in the most obvious direction for a blower that 
spins correctly, the mode switch works (though may not be plumbed in 
correctly, certainly moves the vents around, I can hear them) but 
absolutely nothing comes from ANY of the outlets. I've tracked down 
three of the vent actuators and both tested them and moved them 
manually, making no difference....

A bit stuck, and have never removed a whole heater/vent assembly, and 
for reasons I'd rather not go into, I don't want to start now!
