Things will be going on all night and so far few people are signed up for the 
comedy barn.

The best time for your gathering is early Saturday Morning.

Get your cars registered and  have you meeting inside the convention center 
and I will give you a room to use

Thursday from experience people want to just talk and meet with others.

We will have the two rooms at Smokey Shadows occupied.

You are welcome to do the Thurdsay evening but it will either be in a section 
of Smokey shadows convention center of the parking lot where most people will 
be

Either way I am fine with it
