For Dave and those who may be curious:

"cold" control pressure was 2 bars. The ambient temperature was 75F 
when I took the reading so I think this is correct.

The CPR appears to be operating correctly. In fact, with the 
exception of the slightly low primary pressure, everything seems 
correct.

The injectors are supposed to "buzz" when opened. What if I don't 
hear that? Does it mean that they are junked up?
