That's the 6 cylinder cylinder (not a typo). You want the one for the
General Motors 4 cylinder, 1980 or later (1979 4 cylinder was an Audi
plant that used Z bars).

You were wondering about metric fasteners on a late 1970's engine:
when the US government tried to force the metric system down
everyone's throat, GM said "Amen brother" and never looked back. My
151 is covered in them, including 10mm with 15mm heads rather than
17mm. Fortunately the rest of the car is English.
