My early '82 was a much bigger piece of crap than my current late(r) '81. If you want a '82 or '83 for cosmetic or personal reasons, great. But if you're trying to avoid mechanical troubles just go for a car that has documented reciepts and can be documented as driven often. Just keep in mind ALL DeLoreans are inherintly pieces of shit and ANY car you chose will give you gried at some point lol. -Louie
