[DMCForum] shifting tips

I don't know if you do this or not Samuel, but before you shift into first, I always shift into second. I don't let out the clutch when I shift into second, but it seems the car goes into first much easier if I do this. Both of my DeLoreans have been this way. I suppose it's the same basic principal of double clutching... it prepares the cogs to more closely match the rpms of the engine. -Louie
