Every metal part on the car would be polished stainless or 
aluminum.  This includes the frame, and other parts that would be 
custom made (the power brake booster, for example).  Front & rear 
bumpers would be made from stainless, too.

Every fiberglass part gets replaced with CF or Kevlar.

Interior gets covered in soft leather with ostritch inserts.

Suspension would raise/lower at the touch of a button, so I can hug 
those flat interstates at high speed.

Nissan SR20DET engine/trans swap.  Upgrades would include massive 
turbo, cams, race fuel pump & injectors, custom intercooler ala 
Island, reprogrammed ecu, etc... run 10's in the 1/4.

Tocuhscreen DVD, PC, GPS, satellite, wireless web, CB, digital 
police scanner, built-in radar detection, surround sound, and mirror 
tint to match the polished body.

Or, I'd be humble and just get the safety items fixed.  Keep the 
money for other issues.
