Oh I'm not giving up yet. I'm still making forward progress.

I agree that I'm fortunate to own a DeLorean at all but it isn't an 
old Toyota Corolla that is fine as long as it's mechanically sound.

This is the kind of car where it actually matters what condition the 
astheatics(sp?) are in, along with mechanical condition.

I'm really glad to hear how well your car is running. While you have 
a lull there, you should really redo your head liners. ;)
