I have a few things I want to do to the car over the course of December, January and February. Once they are done, I want to sponsor a late winter/early spring run called: "The Raid Rich's Parents' Refrigerator Run" This will be a non-club-sanctioned event for non-garage queening types who are sick to death of cold and snow and looking to burn off cabin fever with a little time on the beach. I have already called my family to warn them that they might need extra food and beer around that time frame. I'm looking for 5-10 (10 will probably be the max) intrepid souls who want to caravan to Ft. Myers, Florida. Requirements currently are: 1. BYOD (Bring your own DeLorean) 2. Be able to demonstrate your drinking skills and correct use of profanity. 3. A willingness to put up with my Dad who like me, loves cars but can't quite reconcile the DeLorean's design with the engine it came with. 4. Wives/girlfriends are welcome but must observe the dress code, once the Florida state line is crossed (Your option of bikini, thong or shorts) Chocolate pudding wrestling contest to be arranged later. Ok, ok...so about half of this is in jest. I do want to make this run with some of my new friends from the list though.
