Like Samuel said, mine is a long T-handle that was part of a set.  They
are
common at Sears, NAPA, Snap-On, etc.  The one you need is a 3mm.  You
could
buy just one, but it is really handy to have the whole set.  I use the 5mm
to get cold start valves off.
