RE: [DMCForum]ass hat alert...

According to his site, he hasn't been sentenced yet. What I got from it is
that he was running very thin margins. He didn't actually own anything he
was selling. He was a middle man who knew of the items and sold them for a
third party at a markup, but knew little or nothing about the condition.
When an auction closed, he'd collect the money, keep his part and send the
rest of the money to the third party who would then ship the item. This is
called "drop shipping." It's a risky procedure when there's on 1 degree of
separation, but add a middle man and it can get pretty hairy, especially
when something like a 20 yr old car is involved.

This is where he got burned. According to his site he's got 5-6 counts of
theft/fraud against him.
