Both my PRV guy and our Volvo parts place said that the head bolts on 
these engines are strong enough to be re-used. We only replaced a set on 
a customer's engine recently due to water haivng got down several of 
them making them extremely rusty on the threads (bad head gasket problem 
with water leak to boot)
