This is a particular brand of really thick oil used for coating engine
pieces during assembly.  It helps prevent surface rust (if your project
takes too many days to finish).  And it helps add lubrication for the
first
time you start the engine.  Otherwise cranking a dry engine isn't too good
for everything.
