Don't know which ones are left or right, but I DO know that the dash-lights are on the RightHand circuit... If both fuses are OK, pull the fusebox up and check if the wiring is OK; the split for left and right happens at the fuse block, untill there it's one wire, coming from the Lights Master Switch, so if the Left lights work there's no need to look under the dash or console...
