I do have all the molds to make them out of plastic.  But I want to see if
I
could do them out of Al then have them powercoat clear.  This way the two
metals would never see each other, and I the Al I am using would erode
away
before the SS door.

I still need to figure out a way to secure to the lock cylinder. But my
first challenge is to get the highly educated people at MSC to send me the
correct Al and in the correct size.  Then I need to machine it to fit the
door, then I can work on how to keep it all in place.
