No experience, but I THINK it slots in from the outside and is glued.

The wires run from the antenna through the pontoon to the relay
behind the drivers seat (under the wooden panel).

Check that wire to have power on it with the radio on...

The housing is secured to the body with a couple of screws from the
inside.
They're hidden behind the A-pillar trim.

Well... It IS :(
I'm going to try heating it myself to try and loosen the glue,
but I think I won't be able to salvage the glass when removing it...

Trouble with heating is that I'd run the risk of melting the housing
itself and that's something I want to avoid..
